I call Holly my
Seal Team Instructor
because she really puts me through a demanding and physically
challenging flow that usually continues for the whole class.
Holly also teaches us to breathe while we hold our positions.
She will say just two more long breaths, and five or six breaths later
I get a huge relief when she takes us to the next level. Holly
also has great ab workouts, and she challenges us with sing crow but
my favorite position is "Happy
Baby". (also called the dead bug pose) When I
leave Holly's class I feel totally re-energized, calm and refreshed
with a huge smile on my face. |
