Jennifer is a ballet dancer, and
she has incredible balance and form in her yoga. Her yoga class
is great for beginners, intermediates and advanced students, as she
gives everyone different positions that they can challenge themselves
with. Her class flows along with her excellent vocal
instructions taking me from one position to the next. The entire class
moves along at a challenging pace that includes ample time for rest as we go
from salutation to the next. She works every muscle in the body with a
combination of sitting, standing and laying positions. The end of her
class is total relaxation for the mind, body and spirit. |
