Did You Know?

and just like martial arts, the practice is very old and disciplined.

The really cool think about my yoga teachers style is that there is no competition.  No one is looking at you because they are centered in their mind to look inside themselves and to focus on the total combined experience of breathing, stretching, flexing and relaxing all at the same time without directing any conscience thoughts away from the moment of your daily yoga experience.

My goal is regain the total and complete use of my body.  At present I cannot bend my right knee joint more than 90 degrees and I am paralyzed on the top side of my right foot.

I believe Jesus will heal me according to His will and I am at peace with my life.   I live my life one moment at a time, I do not regret the past, I have learned from it.  I do not worry about the future because I know that my Father loves me and that He will Provide for my every need.

Yoga encourages strength and cardio and breath training, it allows you to rest when you are tired, it teaches you to flow with each move being an inhale or exhale breath.  I am only a year old in yoga, but I feel much better with my new life.

Did you know that every time you get someone to sign up for a new membership at the Dr. Phillips YMCA that you get a credit for a month of your membership fees.  For me, that is a big thing because I am paying the family rate.  If you decide to join, please mention my name (Louis Jennings) so that I can take credit for turning you on to this incredible family oriented (But singles too) fun and exciting place to learn new and exciting exercising routines that make life more enjoyable and healthy.  Dr Phillips YMCA Web Site for all kinds of fun things to do

Did you know that the Earth spins at a speed of 66,600 MPH and that its diameter is 7,926.28 miles at its equator.  The moon's equator diameter is 2,128 miles and it spins at 10.3 MPH, pretty slow when compared to the Earth.  I'll bet the Sun is spinning much faster than the Earth, but I can't find the speed of the Sun's rotational speed.  I imagine it would be hard to figure since it is a hot burning ball of gas and no one can get a stop and start point to measure.  If you find it can be measured, I love to read the source hyperlink.  You can email it to me at top10@cfl.rr.com or check out my other web site that I like a lot: www.ElectricMotorWheels.com or www.RenaeJennings.com
